Day 01: (Horseback ridding)
Reception and transportation to Estancia La Rosita.
First horse ride along Corrientes gaucho plains. It is a ride surrounding the estancia in order to get to know the horses.
In the afternoon, horse ride along various landscapes in a short time. First canters /gallops.

Day 02 :( Horseback ridding, Pulperia, Dawn)
Milking. (For cheese preparing and consumption).
Today landscape is different and new because we will be heading the pampas, large water extensions and we will be visiting a rural school, place where you will understand cultural issues of the region.
In the afternoon, on horses or cart, we will ride along native tree forests, stopping in an authentic grocery store or “pulperia” (place where gauchos buy their basic provisions and have a drink). Back in the estancia, before getting to the house hosts will be waiting for us with the tea ready next to the lagoon to see and enjoy sunset’s calmness.

Day 03 and 04: (Working with “gauchos” farmers in their everyday activities)
We accompany and actively participate in gauchos tasks (cows and horses herding, herd marking, vaccination, etc). We go out looking for the cows with which we will be working in the corral. We will have active participation if a calf tries to escape from the group and we will have to chase him back. Once in the corral, on our horses, we will separate cows from calves to start sanitation works. After lunch and a short nap, we finish our work taking caws back to where we brought them.
More-than-half trip dinner (Day 04)
Consult optional fishing in Corrientes and Parana Rivers for Day 04.

Day 05: (Horseback ridding to “Estancia Don Joaquin” and lodging)
We begin our trip to Don Joaquin. Along various estancias, and crossing people of the area, we reach lunch place, a lost coral in landscape immensity.
In the afternoon we arrive to Don Joaquin. We will be delighted with the owners’ kindness, repairing massages and excellent handmade food.

Day 06: (Horseback ridding to town)
In the morning we begin our trip to the nearest town, Esquina. Sightseeing on our horses. Lunch in a particular restaurant in the river’s coastline and back to La Rosita.

Day 07: (Polo)
Polo basic hits training. Practice.
Lunch.
In the afternoon, polo match.
Day closure next to the polo court. Farewell Dinner.
