La Rosita is a working cattle estancia that has remained in our family for generations.
Life here still revolves around horses, wildlife, open landscapes, cattle and the daily work at the estancia with the gauchos.
The estancia extends across of grasslands, lagoons and native forests. Different fields are connected by horseback trails. Gauchos continue to work horseback every day. Cattle breeding still shapes much of daily life here. Horses remain part of everyday life. Over time, generations of family, gauchos and friends have all left part of their lives here. Some learned to ride at La Rosita. Some spent their entire working lives on this land. Others simply continue returning.

We host only a few guests at a time, offering the true flexibility that real experiences require.

The horse is always the main star of the estancia, yet every day is different, because that is simply how country and horses life is.
There is no minimum or maximum length of stay: your visit adapts entirely to your own pace and preferences.

In the Past. Our grandfather’s gauchos drove cattle across these lands to gather at La Rosita for our annual auction.
