FOOD
Because La Rosita is located in a rural area surrounded by nature, all stays include full board and beverages throughout your stay.
Long lunches after a morning on horseback, afternoon snacks outdoors, and dinners accompanied by Argentine wine and beef all have their place here. Regional recipes, local ingredients and some of our family's favourites, always prepared with care and attention.
Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and other special dietary requirements can always be accommodated. We simply ask guests to let us know in advance.
Food has always been an important part of life at La Rosita.
AROUND THE TABLE
Some guests arrive as experienced riders. Others spent years riding but simply have not done so in a long time. What many of them share is a curiosity for different ways of life, nature, horses, travel and genuine places.
Meals at La Rosita are often more than simply breakfast, lunch or dinner. They are moments to slow down, exchange stories and conversations, and learn a little more about each other and the places we come from.
For guests, it is an opportunity to discover Argentina and estancia life through the people who live it every day.
For us, it is one of the pleasures of welcoming people from different countries and cultures into our home.
Some meals are shared together, others are not. We simply let each stay find its own rhythm.

Breakfast
Our priority is also your rest. We want you to feel no rush to get up. Breakfast is served in the galleries of the Estancia, overlooking the vastness of the Argentine countryside. A varied selection of breads, homemade jams, cakes, yogurt, natural juices, infusions, and cold cuts make up the offering for a wonderful start to the day.
Lunch
Midday meals are regional and prepared with fresh local ingredients. The schedule is coordinated with each guest upon arrival at the estancia, depending on the planned activities during the stay.
Afternoon
A favorite time for many guests. The tea or snack service, as preferred, can be served by the pool, by the lagoon shore, or on the polo field, depending on the day’s activity. The presence of chipá, an exquisite cheese bread typical of Corrientes, is undeniable, accompanying both a couple of cold beers and hot infusions.
Dinner
A true gourmet experience of international cuisine, perfectly paired with Argentine wines from premium wineries. Of course, sometimes, we leave “gourmet cuisine” aside to enjoy the world-famous Argentinean Asados.
